For safety and hygienic reasons, dogs can not enter the Walk, but you do not have to leave your animal friend at home; we have enough clean lockable dog kennels at the entrance that are available for free.
Yes, you can use your debit or credit card at the ticket office. Card can also be used to pay in the souvenir shop.
There are many parking spots available on Rogla on the way from The Treetop Walk to the Hotel Planja and further. Simply follow the parking signs.
You can reach the Walk by car or by the combination of train and bus. If you arrive by car, leave the motorway at the Slovenske Konjice exit, then follow the signs for Slovenske Konjice, Zreče and finally Rogla. It will take you around half an hour (25 kilometers) to drive from motorway exit to Rogla. By train, the closest you can get is to Celje (if coming from west, from Ljubljana) or Poljčane (if coming from east, from Maribor), from where you can change to bus to Zreče and to another bus to Rogla. We advise you to check all the timetables in advance.

Unfortunately not. We recommend using the facilities in the main building prior entering the Walk to enjoy the Walk without any problems.
